1. Superior:
The processed brick making raw materials are input into the higher-level mixing tank, and the moisture content of the raw materials is adjusted according to the process requirements. The raw materials are thoroughly mixed by the mixing knife, homogenized, and pushed into the sealing cylinder. The double spiral sealing cutter continuously squeezes, kneads, and homogenizes the raw materials, and the conical shaft sleeve and sealing cone sleeve compact the raw materials, forming a sealed mud ring at the entrance of the vacuum box. There are two sets of mud blocking plates and mud cutting knives installed at the raw material inlet of the vacuum box. The squeezed raw materials are cut into fragments, and most of the air in the raw materials inside the vacuum box is removed by the vacuum pump, which improves the density, adhesion, and plasticity of the raw materials.
The main role of superiors is to stir, transport, and remove air from the raw materials. In order to adapt to different product production, the parameters of the superior should be adjusted according to different production situations. For example, when producing solid bricks, it is necessary to increase the conveying capacity of the raw materials (at this time, the mixing capacity decreases). The installation angle of the mixing blades can be increased, and the mud blocking plate can be adjusted or removed to the outside. When producing bricks with high porosity, it is necessary to increase the mixing capacity of the raw materials (at this time, the conveying capacity decreases), increase the suction volume, and reduce the installation angle of the mixing blades. At this time, a mud blocking plate can be installed or adjusted inward. Produce different products and adjust the speed of the mixing shaft appropriately if necessary.
2. Subordinate:
The receiving box is equipped with a pair of pressure mud plate devices, which assist in pressing the falling raw materials into the lower level receiving section cutter. The raw materials are extruded and transported to the machine head through the cutter in the mud cylinder, and then extruded through the machine head and mouth pressure to form mud strips with a specified shape and cross-sectional size.
The main task of subordinates is to extrude raw materials into qualified billets, and their parameters also need to be adjusted according to the production situation. The adjustment scope of subordinates is relatively wide, including machine mouth, core frame, machine head, spiral cutter, spindle speed, etc.
